Description

After a gym induction (which is carried out on your first visit), our Junior Gym sessions allow children between 11 - 15 to use the gym. Our friendly Fitness Instructors are on hand to offer support and guidance as well as the option of writing you a tailored training programme to help keep your gym sessions fresh, fun and you fit.
